Key Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Applying in-depth knowledge of our products and services to match them with the needs of our clients, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing expert advice on products, their uses, and industry trends.
  • Providing quotes, credit terms, and bid specifications to clients, negotiating prices and terms of sales, and preparing contracts and submitting orders.
  • Collaborating with our purchasing manager and other staff to ensure accurate and efficient order processing, product distribution, and customer satisfaction.
