About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues efficiently, and driving business growth through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Administer the acceptance of assignments from clients/lenders, processing the assignments, and releasing lender assets upon execution of service

• Process client/agent requests while managing a high call volume in a high multi-tasking environment
• Work within multiple systems, utilizing client/lender databases to execute specific lender requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service skills, working independently as well as within a team
• Follow through and ownership of work to completion required
• Previous collection, repossession, or automotive industry experience preferred
• Microsoft Office and Google Suite product experience required
• 40 wpm minimum typing speed required
• Ability to handle multitasking on a computer with multiple screens
• Ability to work remote without outside distractions

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely required
• Employer work permit sponsorship not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous collection, repossession, or automotive industry experience

• Microsoft Office and Google Suite product experience
• 40 wpm minimum typing speed

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Target base salary range: $32,700 - $49,100 USD
