Responsibilities

As a Web Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via web chat in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 2 minutes

• Resolution Rate: Resolve customer issues within 1 hour
• Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher
• Productivity: Meet or exceed productivity targets, including the number of chats handled and resolved

Requirements

To succeed as a Web Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Confident and dedicated personality traits to effectively engage with customers
• Strong cooperation and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve customer issues
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications
