Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Retail Sales Associate – Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging customers and resolving their issues in a courteous and efficient manner
• Processing sales transactions, handling cash, and distributing change as needed
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including counters and shelves
• Recommending products to customers and promoting trade-up and/or companion products
• Registering sales on assigned cash register, collecting cash, and distributing change as needed
• Implementing agency asset protection strategies to prevent and reduce sales loss
• Guaranteeing compliance with country and local laws concerning regulated products
• Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special systems
• Assisting with the separation of food products and product placement according to policies and procedures
• Providing customer support in the photo lab, including virtual passport image services, poster print, and innovative machine services
• Assisting with outdoor and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store environment
• Complying with all company policies and procedures, and maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers
• Completing unique assignments and other responsibilities as assigned

Education & Personal Development:

As an Experienced Retail Sales Associate – Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist, you will have the opportunity to attend training and complete PPLs (Personalized Product Learning) requested by your supervisor or assigned by the company.

Primary Qualifications:

* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

Preferred Qualifications:

* Six months of experience in a retail environment

• Prior experience with arenaflex
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
