Job Title: Remote Sales Presentation Designer & Team Support (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,500 USD/month Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Central Time Job Overview The Sales Presentation Designer & Team Support plays a key role in supporting the Sales Team by designing high-quality, visually compelling sales materials and ensuring consistency, clarity, and accuracy across all customer-facing documents. This role is design-forward, with administrative and documentation tasks serving to support sales execution and operational flow. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for layout and visual communication, enjoys transforming information into polished presentations, and can balance creative design work with structured administrative support. This position is well-suited for someone with a background in UX, graphic design, or visual communication who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced sales environment. Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities (Design-Focused)

  • Design, format, and maintain professional sales presentations with a strong emphasis on visual hierarchy, branding, and clarity
  • Elevate existing presentations through improved layout, typography, color usage, and visual storytelling
  • Create presentation templates and visual standards to ensure consistency across projects and teams
  • Organize and maintain a structured, searchable library of sales presentations by project and company
  • Translate technical or complex information into clear, visually engaging sales materials Secondary Responsibilities (Sales & Administrative Support)
  • Provide ongoing support to the Sales Team across sales-related initiatives
  • Assist with preparing and managing sales quotes, including budgetary pricing requests
  • Review and support sales documentation and order processing, including:
  • Acknowledgements
  • Orders
  • Drawings
  • Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Support finish selections and assist with basic product and design coordination
  • Attend Sales Team meetings and serve as the designated note taker, capturing action items and follow-ups
  • Maintain organization and accuracy across multiple concurrent projects and deadlines Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies: Required
  • Background in UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to presentation quality and visual structure
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on visual clarity Preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to elevate presentations through design and formatting expertise
  • Comfort learning and adopting new tools and technologies
  • Interest in design-forward industries such as furniture, interiors, or product-driven environments
  • Team-first attitude with a genuine desire to support sales success
  • Receptive to feedback and able to iterate quickly
  • Strong multitasking skills and comfort managing shifting priorities
  • Interest in AI tools and process improvement, including:
  • Assisting with workflow automation

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Work Environment & Expectations This role requires consistent collaboration with the Sales Team and participation in team meetings. The Sales Support Specialist is expected to maintain high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness while supporting multiple sales initiatives simultaneously.
