Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our remote team on an evening shift (12:30 pm – 9:00 pm EST). In this individual‑contributor role, you will be the voice of arenaflex, delivering accurate, timely, and empathetic support to a diverse portfolio of customers, sales partners, and third‑party users. Your mission: resolve tactical inquiries, improve operational performance, and elevate overall customer satisfaction (CSAT) while contributing to arenaflex’s strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent, high‑quality global customer support via telephone, email, and web‑based channels, ensuring every interaction reflects arenaflex’s standards of excellence.
  • Own the end‑to‑end resolution process, from first contact through follow‑up, maintaining high CSAT scores and meeting operational performance metrics.
  • Collaborate within a dynamic team environment to listen empathetically, identify customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions that align with arenaflex’s product suite.
  • Effectively de‑escalate irate contacts, employing problem‑solving techniques that turn frustration into loyalty.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of arenaflex’s data products, services, data‑supply chain, and the suite of customer‑service tools and technologies.
  • Maintain professionalism at all times, building positive rapport and trust with every customer interaction.
  • Impact arenaflex’s bottom line by turning challenging situations into repeat business opportunities.
  • Accurately update customer information in the CRM system during and after each call, ensuring data integrity for future engagements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Shift availability for the 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm EST schedule; remote work set‑up meeting arenaflex’s technical requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, probing, empathy, situational awareness, and adaptability.
  • Previous experience in a contact‑center environment or with CRM platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Fluent written and verbal English; ability to craft clear, concise, and professional correspondence.
  • Adept at multitasking and thriving in a fast‑paced, collaborative team setting.
