Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients through online chat interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date product and service information to meet customer needs
  • Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information to ensure seamless follow-up
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs to ensure a positive experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills to navigate our systems and tools
  • A strong ability to multitask and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the automotive industry, with knowledge of our products and services

  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Automotive Service Advisor (CASA)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and online chat platforms

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • A salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
