Responsibilities

As an Entry Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering data into various systems and databases, ensuring that all necessary information is being maintained accurately and efficiently.
  • Verifying data by comparing it to source documents, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Updating existing data and eliminating duplicate information to maintain data integrity.
  • Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested by team members or management.
  • Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation and prevent data loss.
  • Handling confidential information responsibly and maintaining the highest level of discretion.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of databases and experience with data entry software.
  • Good command of English, both oral and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
