Job Summary

As a Remote Sales Chat Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Advertising shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our user-friendly software
  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat, following up with leads, and encouraging customers to place orders
  • Closing sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our company's system
  • Handling customer phone calls and assigning leads to our closers as needed
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our customers

Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads on Facebook Marketplace using our software

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and phone
  • Follow up with leads and encourage customers to place orders
  • Close sales directly on the chat using our company's system
  • Handle customer phone calls and assign leads to our closers as needed
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with our customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and commission goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a remote or customer-facing role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using Facebook Marketplace and our user-friendly software
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a remote or customer-facing role

  • Experience in the shipping container industry or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Marketplace and its algorithms
  • Experience with sales software and CRM systems

  • Top agents sell 60-80 containers monthly, earning up to $16,000 in commission
