Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Healthcare Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing eligibility and benefit verification for healthcare claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicating with healthcare providers to obtain necessary information and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient processing of claims
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with team members to improve processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
