Responsibilities and Duties
As a Chat Brand Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Sharing your passion for golf: We want you to be enthusiastic about our brand and products. Share your knowledge, expertise, and love for golf with our customers.
- Providing expert advice: Use your in-depth knowledge of TaylorMade golf equipment to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Communicating effectively: Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, using your strong communication skills to resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Staying up-to-date on products: Familiarize yourself with the TaylorMadeGolf site, products, and related media to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Comparing and analyzing competitor products: Use your knowledge of golf equipment to compare and analyze competitor products, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Handling multiple chats at once: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of golf experience: Share your passion and expertise with our customers.
- 2+ years of club fitting experience: Use your knowledge to assist customers in finding the right equipment for their needs.
- In-depth knowledge of current and past TaylorMade products: Stay up-to-date on the latest products and technologies.
- Familiarity with similar products from other brands: Compare and analyze competitor products to provide informed advice.
- Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all TaylorMade products: From enthusiasts to professionals, you'll be able to assist customers with all levels of golfing experience.
- Strong typing skills: Type at least 35 wpm with a strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Compensation and Perks
