• Navigating various software tools, websites, and databases with ease, leveraging your technical expertise to streamline workflows.
• Copying, pasting, and organizing information efficiently, while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring data integrity.
• Pulling reports, extracting relevant data, and generating structured outputs, using your analytical skills to inform business decisions.
• Utilizing ChatGPT to automate tasks and structure data workflows, leveraging the power of AI to enhance efficiency.
• Creating PDF documents from structured data using provided templates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Learning and adapting quickly to new workflows by following Loom video instructions, demonstrating your ability to learn and grow.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Fast and precise data entry skills, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Technical expertise, including comfort logging into and working with various software platforms, websites, and databases.
