Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Email & Live Chat Support Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through email and live chat. If you're a self-motivated, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior support staff as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical information to provide expert support
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and colleagues at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in email and live chat software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
