Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be responsible for providing world-class support to our clients in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming clients upon arrival at the arenaflex Centurion Parlor
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding client expectations
- Utilizing the Client's First approach to address client needs and expectations
- Offering travel, card, attendant, and lifestyle services to arenaflex Card Members
- Collaborating with food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our clients
- Providing proactive solutions to client issues and concerns
- Utilizing technology to provide seamless support in a face-to-face environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium or luxury environment
- Experience in a carrier, parlor, or travel industry setting, including reservation experience
- Proven ability to adjust to client needs and provide proactive solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients
- Ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully to client needs and concerns
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Proficiency in using technology to provide support in a face-to-face environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience working with diverse client populations and cultures
