As an Airport Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their baggage and cargo arrive safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely lift, load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions.
  • Safeguard cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather, adhering to arenaflex's safety-conscious behaviors and operational procedures.
  • Operate baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to the customer's destination.
  • Drive and operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion, prioritizing safety and efficiency.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Consistently prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Pass a physical ability test (PAT), which can be prepared for by watching this video.
  • Wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including hearing protection, safety-toe footwear, protective headwear, and high visibility safety apparel, subject to an approved accommodation.
  • Ability to hold airport-specific requirements, such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal.
