Responsibilities

As an Online Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a strategic plan to drive online sales growth
  • Analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Developing and managing partnerships with affiliate networks and other online sales channels
  • Monitoring and analyzing competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy
  • Working with customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Developing and maintaining sales reports to track progress towards goals
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in online sales or ecommerce
  • Demonstrated track record of driving online sales growth
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience managing partnerships with affiliate networks and other online sales channels
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other data analysis tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet
