As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on our websites and social media accounts. This may include support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your primary goal will be to provide first-class customer service, ensuring that our customers feel valued, heard, and supported throughout their journey with us. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Escalating complex issues to senior support agents or management as needed

Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll need to possess a range of skills and qualifications. These include:

  • Device Requirements: A device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop).
  • Independence: The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions.
  • Availability: A minimum of 10+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • Reliable Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection, with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and issues.

Preferred Qualifications
