Responsibilities:

As a Chat Recruiter at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

Proactive Candidate Engagement:

Proactively engage with potential candidates via online chat platforms, fostering meaningful connections and encouraging them to explore available opportunities.

Prompt and Professional Response:

Respond to candidate inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions are informative, engaging, and aligned with arenaflex's communication guidelines.

Candidate Qualification:

Qualify candidates based on predetermined criteria, providing detailed information about open positions and the application process to ensure a smooth candidate flow.

Initial Interviews:

Schedule initial phone or video interviews with qualified candidates, facilitating the next step in the recruitment process.

Candidate Record-Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and qualifications within arenaflex's ATS, iCiMS, ensuring seamless candidate tracking and management.

Positive Candidate Experience:

Provide a positive and informative candidate experience, adhering to arenaflex's commitment to exceptional customer service and candidate satisfaction.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a smooth candidate flow, sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights to drive recruitment success.

Professional Online Presence:

Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all online interactions, upholding arenaflex's reputation for excellence and integrity.

Qualifications:

To excel as a Chat Recruiter at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

Proven Experience:

Proven experience in a customer service, sales, or recruitment role involving online chat communication, with a strong track record of success and a passion for building relationships.

Exceptional Written Communication:

Excellent written communication skills with impeccable grammar and punctuation, enabling you to craft engaging and informative responses that resonate with candidates.

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor, allowing you to build trust and rapport with candidates, colleagues, and clients.

Multitasking and Efficiency:

Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

iCiMS Experience:

Experience with iCiMS ATS is a plus, but not required. If you're familiar with other ATS systems, we encourage you to apply.

Remote Work:

Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace.

Availability:

Availability to work Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Eastern Time), with a flexible schedule to accommodate changing priorities and deadlines.

Contract-to-Hire:

This is a 3-month contract position with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance.
