The Role
As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients and their customers. You'll be responsible for engaging with visitors online, addressing their questions and concerns, and delivering a positive experience that sets us apart from the competition. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a professional demeanor and a positive attitude throughout your interactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Support: Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns. Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Elevate Issues: Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring that complex problems are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Build Relationships: Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, and promote interest in client products and services.
- Provide Administrative Support: Offer administrative support to the customer service team, including tasks such as data entry, reporting, and other duties as needed.
- Assist with Overflow Work: May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed, ensuring that customer support is always available and responsive.
Requirements
• Strong Work Ethic: Possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within a team-oriented environment.
- PC Keyboarding and Internet Experience: Have PC keyboarding and internet experience, including proficiency in navigating through smartphone and computer applications.
