As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Your Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
- Communication: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
- Issue Resolution: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Request Fulfillment: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
- Call Tracking: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Feedback: Provide feedback on call issues.
- Upselling: Upsell if required.
What We're Looking For
* High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- IT/Network Certifications/Degrees: IT/network certifications/degrees are preferred.
- Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
- Call Center Experience: Proven call center experience is essential.
- Typing Speed: You must be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
- PC Operation: Proficient in PC operation and navigation.
- Network Troubleshooting: Entry-level network troubleshooting skills are required.
- Home Wi-Fi Setup: Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network.
- Router/switch Configuration: Ability to set up and configure a router or switch.
- Computer Proficiency: Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer.
- Independence: Able to work independently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
- Composure: Ability to stay composed and objective.
- Listening Skills: Strong listening skills.
- Virtual Team Environment: Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
