Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through:

  • Responding to inbound calls with efficiency and professionalism, managing 80-100 calls per day
  • Performing accurate data entry to maintain customer records and information
  • Providing bilingual support in Spanish to assist a diverse customer base
  • Ensuring all interactions align with company standards and customer service protocols
  • Collaborating with team members to support smooth call center operations
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns with a positive and helpful attitude

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Recent work experience in a call center or office environment
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
