Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing solutions to their unique needs. You'll work closely with our internal teams to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide exceptional service. This role requires a strong understanding of arenaflex practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience every time

  • Obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops and/or other locations, including residences
  • Offer solutions and support to customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored assistance
  • Answer and place calls in a professional manner, measured on call quality, knowledge, level of professionalism, and time to place follow-up calls
  • Focus on call resolution, using company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
  • Perform other office support functions as needed, including data entry, filing, and administrative tasks
  • Expand to include Chat and Email Customer Support, providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications

* One year of office support experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficient with office equipment, including computers, printers, and scanners
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Computer proficiency in MS Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Typing speed of 45WPM or higher
  • Professional appearance, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with occasional overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicle auction processes
