The Big Task

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Booking Service Appointments: Convert incoming client calls into booked service appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
• Establishing Client Rapport: Build trust and rapport with our customers, encouraging repeat business and promoting a positive brand image.
• Responding to Client Requests: Respond to client requests via phone and email, resolving issues and promoting the arenaflex brand.
• Resolving Client Complaints: Adhere to our company's plan for resolving client complaints quickly and favorably, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Participating in Training: Engage in training programs to boost booked calls and improve your skills and knowledge.
• Maintaining Client Database: Update and maintain our client database with complete and accurate information, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
• Making Outbound Calls: Make proactive calls to our customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
• On-Call Duties: Be available for on-call duties, providing 24/7 support to our customers.
