As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, You Will: * Be the face of our customer, providing exceptional service to our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates. * Help customers with ticketing, baggage, and other travel-related issues, always with a smile and a willingness to go the extra mile. * Anticipate and meet customer needs, maintaining a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to excellence. * Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless experience. * Stay calm and composed under pressure, managing customer frustration with empathy and professionalism. Responsibilities: * Interact with customers in a kind and useful manner, crafting memorable experiences and building customer loyalty and dedication. * Anticipate customer needs and take proactive steps to resolve issues, maintaining a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to excellence. * Work with a safety mentality, ensuring that you and your colleagues hold yourselves to the highest standards. * Navigate challenges with ease, maintaining composure and managing issues without taking customer frustration personally. * Collaborate with colleagues to support each other and help them be successful with new processes and technologies. Qualifications: * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. * Minimum of 18 years old. * Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies. * Physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, as well as lift and handle baggage. * Ability to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging. * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. * Ability to meet the Company attendance standards and uniform and appearance standards.
