Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a diverse range of responsibilities that will challenge and engage you every day. Some of your key tasks will include:

  • Greeting customers, operating the register, and providing excellent customer service
  • Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve daily goals and objectives
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
  • Interacting with customers daily, building strong relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of driving sales and providing exceptional customer care
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and communication

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable for this role:

  • Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles
  • Motivation to advance in your career, with a desire to learn and grow with arenaflex
  • Willingness to learn and have fun, with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to perform the following physical tasks:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
