Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences through face-to-face, email, or telephone interactions. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that exceed expectations. Your dedication to customer service will bring a smile and make a meaningful impact on others.

Responsibilities

* Handle customer service interactions through face-to-face, email, or telephone communications

• May work in either food or facilities operation
• May be required to record and document various client interactions for management follow-up
• Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements

Compensation and Perks

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.20 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and career growth.
