Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining data integrity by performing reviews, analyses, and enrichment while resolving data-related issues. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing requests for master data creation and maintenance in the ERP system accurately and promptly, adhering to policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot operational issues, identify root causes, conduct risk analyses, resolve data discrepancies, and execute bulk data corrections as needed.
  • Partnering with internal teams to ensure data change requests and submissions in the ERP system are complete and compliant with standards.
  • Reviewing and analyzing complex data scenarios, providing solutions independently.
  • Supporting supply chain process improvements by implementing system-driven processes and defining new master data requirements.
  • Collecting and validating data for new part numbers and vendor master creation.
  • Performing detailed analysis and validation of reports to support data maintenance efforts.
  • Adhering to laws, regulations, quality management processes, and demonstrating ethical behavior and integrity across all levels of the organization.
  • Taking on other responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant SAP experience or 5 years in a comparable ERP system.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain business activities.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook/Teams, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Expertise in SAP, including experience with data creation and maintenance in MDG.
  • Ability to analyze complex scenarios and solve problems independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent multitasking skills.
  • Strategic and tactical thinking capabilities.
  • Experience with data processing and analytics in a manufacturing environment.
  • Self-motivated with effective time management skills.
