Responsibilities

As an entry-level customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Providing information about products and services
• Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
• Maintaining customer records by updating account information
• Assisting with resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
• Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting

Compensation and Benefits
