Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Completing our industry-leading training program, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in a professional sales role.
• Making outbound and inbound calls to clients and potential clients who request products and services, with the goal of setting appointments and educating them about our life and supplemental health insurance offerings.
• Utilizing the Zoom platform to educate and sell life and supplemental health insurance to clients and potential clients.
• Assisting clients and potential clients to complete electronic applications.
• Attending team training sessions twice a week to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using software applications.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
