Job Overview The successful candidate will assist the Accounts Receivable Manager in billing, posting remittances, and tracking open balances and denials. Key Responsibilities

Assist with weekly and monthly billing for Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Insurance, and Private payors for SNF, Adult care, Assisted Living, and Outpatient Therapy Ensure services are coded correctly prior to billing various payors, including Medicare and Medicaid Coordinate billing invoices with ancillary vendors and post NAMI on a monthly basis for Allowances Post payments into Point Click Care and prepare a weekly denial report for distribution to the AR Manager Verify Patient Insurance information and ensure all patient data is entered correctly into the billing system Verify accuracy of daily/monthly census and prepare and perform deposits, keeping required records Provide backup support for resident banking in the absence of the Accounts Payable and Resident Accounts Coordinator Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Computer literate with experience in various billing and intake software, as well as arenaflex products Accurate and efficient data entry skills, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Training and education in healthcare billing and coding, with a strong understanding of regulations and guidelines Detailed-oriented and organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and coding principles Knowledge of Point Click Care and other billing software, with experience in electronic transmission of data to federal, state, and local agencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
