Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Actively listening to customers and asking questions to identify their needs
- Advising on plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure customers receive tailored solutions
- Processing new and/or amended enrollments with precision and accuracy
- Ensuring clients' customers enjoy authentic and positive experiences
- Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and product knowledge
- Working with both English and Spanish speaking customers, utilizing your fluency in both languages to provide seamless support
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
- An active Personal Lines or P&C resident insurance license, allowing you to interface with customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online communications
- The ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English, with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
- A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in mathematics and communication
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes and procedures
- A passion for helping others, with a patient and empathetic nature that puts customers at ease
- The ability to pass a background check and reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
