Job Summary
As a Senior Data Analyst – IT, you will be responsible for leading data-driven initiatives that drive business excellence and inform strategic decision making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs. Your expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and communication skills will enable you to drive business outcomes and inspire change.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead data-driven initiatives that drive business excellence and inform strategic decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, and IT teams
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and architectures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science
- 3+ years of experience in online business stage development and data-driven decision making
- Strong experience in data visualization tools, such as PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, or Tableau
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes and inspire change
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Experience with advanced data analysis techniques, such as machine learning and predictive modeling
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks
- Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
