Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical guidance to customers on e-commerce products, resolving their queries, and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and product and technical teams, translating customer needs into technical language and vice versa
  • Resolving customer complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback, providing valuable insights into our customer service process
  • Providing feedback on the effectiveness and efficiency of our customer service process, helping us to continuously improve and refine our approach

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A passion for exceptional customer support, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations and delighting them
  • Advanced written English proficiency, enabling you to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Adaptability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, with a willingness to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines
