Job Summary

As a Full Time Airbnb Host Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients manage their Airbnb listings, resolve claims and disputes, and provide exceptional customer support to their guests. Key Responsibilities

* Assist clients with claim mediation, including resolving disputes and negotiating settlements

  • Provide exceptional customer support to guests via phone, email, and chat
  • Help clients manage their Airbnb listings, including responding to inquiries, updating listings, and resolving issues
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to develop and implement strategies for revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and guests to drive loyalty and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with Airbnb's policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal performance

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience working as an Airbnb employee or BPO agent (required)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and guests
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret metrics and trends
  • Proficiency in Airbnb's platform and tools, including the Airbnb Host app and other relevant software
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and support

  • Knowledge of Airbnb's policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Familiarity with data analysis and metrics, including Google Analytics and other relevant tools
  • Experience with conflict resolution and mediation, including negotiation and settlement
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, including our Airbnb management platform and other relevant tools
