Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team on a seasonal contract basis. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to our customers, answering their questions, and helping them navigate our services. This is a temporary, seasonal contract, ending in June, with a commitment of 20 hours per week for 90 days.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional phone support to our customers, answering their questions and helping them navigate our services

  • Assist customers with sign-up processes and provide updates on current account status via phone and email support
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Utilize strong research and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer support and experience

Essential Qualifications

* Pleasant phone voice and excellent communication skills

  • Phone experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required
  • Strong multitasking skills, with a passion for research and learning new things each day
  • Energetic and positive individual with a passion for helping people find the best solutions
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity and motivation

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer support or call center environment

  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools
