Your Role As a Customer Service Representative – Remote Healthcare Claims Specialist, you'll be responsible for processing medical claims in a back-office setting, assisting customers with basic technical issues, and maintaining accurate records in databases. You'll also have the opportunity to promote additional products and services, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
