As a live chat operator at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing timely and effective support to our clients' customers via live chat, email, and electronic message boards. This is a remote position, which means you can work from the comfort of your own home, as long as you have a reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions.
Key Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Operator at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer messages promptly and professionally via live chat, email, and electronic message boards
* Providing accurate and helpful information to customers regarding product selection, identification, and troubleshooting
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
* Collaborating with chat supervisors and other team members to ensure seamless customer support
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

* Contract length: No fixed term
* Rate: $35 per hour
* Skills/background needed:
+ Basic English skills
+ Reliable internet connectivity
+ Device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
+ Ability to work independently
+ Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
+ Minimum availability of 5 hours per week
* Hours per week: 5-40 hours per week
