Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a retail and delivery operations role. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You'll work closely with our customers, colleagues, and management team to achieve our goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and exceed their expectations.
  • Process customer transactions, including taking orders, handling payments, and providing estimates and product information.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on our products and services, and making recommendations to customers as needed.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to arenaflex's safety policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent education.

  • 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or delivery operations environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues and provide solutions to customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and management team to achieve our goals and objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail or delivery operations environment, preferably with a logistics or transportation company.

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
  • Experience working with customers, resolving issues, and providing solutions.
  • Ability to work in a variety of environments, including retail stores, warehouses, and delivery vehicles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
