Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. You will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our systems, organizing and filing physical documents, and performing regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes and contributing to the success of arenaflex.

Responsibilities

- Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately input and update data in our database systems, ensuring data quality and integrity. - File Organization and Management: Maintain and organize physical files and documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval. - Data Quality Checks: Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement. - Reporting and Data Compilation: Assist in generating reports and compiling data as needed to support business decision-making. - Compliance and Procedures: Follow company guidelines and procedures for data entry and file management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. - Experience: Proven experience in data entry or file management, with a strong understanding of data quality and integrity. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work independently and in a team setting. - Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Salary Range

$28 to $35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
