Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our team in Houston, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering product and order inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:
* 20% Answer inbound phone calls from customers: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services available through arenaflex's e-commerce platform.
- 20% Drive customer loyalty: Provide excellent service, accurate product and service knowledge, and look for ways to reduce customer effort in ordering, shipping, order inquiry, and return/refund experiences.
- 20% Keep customers informed on the status of their order: Reconcile errors in a cost-effective manner, resolve post-order issues such as returns, and follow up to ensure all customer needs are fulfilled.
- 10% Act as liaison between customer and manufacturer: Collaborate with manufacturers and freight carriers to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of products.
- 20% Meet or exceed performance requirements: Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, accuracy, schedule adherence, speed to resolution, and other key performance indicators.
- 10% Partner with escalation group: Collaborate with the escalation group to obtain additional order support, customer follow-up, or handling of complex customer cases.

Requirements:
* Minimum qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Preferred qualifications: College degree, 3 or more years of customer service or retail sales experience.
- Competencies: Highly skilled at using a computer-based platform, providing excellent customer service, and communicating effectively with customers.
- Certifications: None required.
