Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care division as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our plan members, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity that offers a flexible schedule, comprehensive training, and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

  • Provide personalized support and guidance to help plan members understand their coverage and options
  • Offer solutions to simplify their healthcare experience and improve their overall satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military setting

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving their quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience, empathy, and express assurance and confidence

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and governmental compliance regulations

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $17.00 - $27.90
