Schedule
As a Scheduler/Customer Service Representative, you'll work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, with the following hours:
* Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (on-site)
* Weekends: Required on a rotating basis (remote after training)
* Weekend shifts are a maximum of 3 hours total
What You’ll Do
As a Scheduler/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling incoming phone calls and emails, assisting clients until their concerns are resolved
* Performing data entry with high accuracy (an eye for detail is a must!)
* Scheduling technicians throughout the valley (knowledge of the Phoenix area is helpful)
* Ensuring all technician schedules are ready for the next day
* Maintaining strong attendance and reliability as part of our small, dedicated team
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an office or customer service setting
* Knowledge of the greater Phoenix area (preferred)
* Self-motivated and able to set and meet goals independently
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with 90-100% accuracy (typing test required)
* Tech-savvy—must navigate multiple programs, windows, and browser tabs with ease
* Reliable and consistent attendance
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Bilingual in Spanish & English (preferred, but not required)
* Reliable transportation
* Must pass a background check in accordance with local laws/regulations
