Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and promoting arenaflex's innovative products and services. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' lives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Generate Retail Sales: Use your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand arenaflex's network and drive sales growth.
  • Learn and Uncover Customers' Needs: Create connections and ask the right questions to understand customers' needs and preferences.
  • Position Product Insights and Solution Recommendations: Provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution by positioning product insights and solution recommendations.
  • Closing Sales: Use phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
  • Continuous Development: Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
  • Refine Sales Skills: Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Work Experience: One or more years of work experience is preferred.
  • Availability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
  • Flexibility: Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience working in a commission-based environment.
    • Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
    • Customer service experience.

What We Offer

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Competitive Salary: A yearly salary range of $43,000-$56,000, consisting of both base pay and team-based commission, as well as the chance to receive individual incentives.
  • Comprehensive Benefits Program: Full-time benefits available immediately, including health and wellness benefits, a 6% 401(k) match, stock awards, over 4 weeks of paid leave (inclusive of vacation, holidays, and personal days), reduced pricing on arenaflex products and services, up to four months of paid parental leave, up to $8K in annual tuition assistance, as well as additional incentives to support your career advancement.
  • Sign-on Bonus: Candidates coming from outside the company may be entitled to a $2500 sign-on bonus, paid out in two equal parts, with the first installment at the one-month point and the second 50% allocation following after nine months of working with arenaflex.
