Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Building strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing regular updates to management
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or sales environment

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and its products and services
  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in multiple languages

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
