Make a Lasting Impact in this Role

As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure settlement and prevent future overdues
  • Delivering world-class customer service through personalized interactions, active listening, and effective problem-solving
  • Building meaningful relationships with customers by understanding their needs, answering questions, and ensuring they feel supported
  • Enhancing customer experiences through proactive communication, empathy, and a customer-first approach
  • Meeting and exceeding quality and productivity goals while complying with regulatory requirements
  • Navigating computer systems and applications to service customers and provide exceptional support
  • Managing production-related activities, such as complaints and escalations, with ease and professionalism
  • Prioritizing tasks, adapting to changing environments, and demonstrating resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic setting

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building meaningful relationships
  • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to de-escalate customer situations and remain positive in challenging circumstances
  • Self-confidence, optimism, and a team-oriented approach
  • Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
  • Quick learning, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency in PC skills, including MS Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

While not essential, the following qualifications and skills will be highly valued:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in the financial services industry
  • Familiarity with computer systems and applications, including CRM software and online platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and active listening skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
  • Strong proficiency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish or other languages spoken in the United States

Compensation and Benefits
