Job Summary

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our team. You'll work closely with customers, colleagues, and management to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and develop your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

* Sales and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, analyze sales data, and develop strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Store Operations: Manage store inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that all sales and customer service processes are followed.
  • Promotions and Events: Run promotions, manage events, and develop marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor sales and promotions, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Training and Development: Train store associates on sales and customer service processes, and develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Assistant Manager Development: Quickly advance into an Assistant Manager position, taking on additional responsibilities and contributing to the success of the team.

Requirements and Qualifications

* Prior Experience: Prior experience in customer service, sales, account management, or a related field is highly desirable.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Valid State Driver License with a clean driving history required; other certifications or licenses may be required depending on the location and role.
