Job Summary
As a Part-time / Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering client employee payroll information and personal data into our internal and external systems. You will also be responsible for updating client and company-level information, including delivery addresses, contact information, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes. This is a 3-4 month contract opportunity, with the potential to lead to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter client employee payroll information and personal data into internal and external systems in a timely and accurate manner
- Update client and company-level information, including delivery addresses, contact information, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
- Maintain accurate account records and ensure the integrity of client taxes
- Collaborate with clients to resolve any data entry issues or discrepancies
- Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
- Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience working in a fast-paced data entry environment
- Familiarity with internal and external systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
