Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Database Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a Database Analyst, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective management of our data assets. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining database systems, as well as providing data analysis and insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Database Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining database systems to support business decision-making
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective management of data assets
- Providing data analysis and insights to support business decision-making
- Developing and maintaining database reports and dashboards to support business intelligence
- Troubleshooting database issues and performing disaster recovery tasks
- Performing routine database maintenance tasks, including file maintenance, backup and recovery, and SQL job management
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in database management and data analytics
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in database administration and management
- Strong knowledge of database design, implementation, and maintenance
- Experience with SQL Server and other database management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience with cloud-based database management systems, such as Azure SQL Database
- Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI
- Familiarity with scripting languages, such as PowerShell
- Experience with database performance tuning and optimization
