Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and online. You'll be the face of our company, and your expertise will help us build strong relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing proactive customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and web inquiries
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction and adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution
  • Managing and processing all customer orders and requests for various arenaflex products and services
  • Assisting customers with online ordering and questions
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products and being able to discuss products in an informed manner with customers
  • Performing all other functions as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of previous customer service experience with a proven record in a high-volume call center
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft products and familiarity with technology (email, internet)
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to work with various personality types
  • Strong technical knowledge of order entry and processing systems/orders
  • Experience managing excellent customer service relations via email, internet, and via the phone
  • High School Degree or GED, College Degree or 2 years equivalent experience preferred

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Knowledge of order management systems and customer relationship management software
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
