The Position
As an Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer service calls, including:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving account issues
- Assisting with billing and repayment of customer bills
- Processing payments and providing information on how to resolve customer concerns
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Essential Qualifications
